How do I arrange for work to be done?

How much will my work cost?
Obviously it is difficult to give a price over the telephone, but we should be able to give you a price for those smaller jobs. However, we would always visit your premises and give a free estimate

Do you provide materials for the work?
We are more than happy to do your shopping for you!! Most of our clients already know exactly what they want, but we are more than willing to advise you. We make no charge for collecting from suppliers

Do you have the tools needed?
Certainly. We carry a comprehensive range of tools for a multitude of work.

Can you give me a time scale?
We will always do our best to give you a date and time, and once we have visited and seen the work to be done, we can give you an estimated time for the work to be completed. Sometimes events outside our control - such as the weather - can affect these time estimates, but we will always keep you informed of how we are progressing so you don't have any surprises

Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full Public liability Insurance

Will you take on work in commercial properties?
Yes. We are happy to work in commercial or industrial premises. Scheduled (daily,weekly or monthly) visits are welcome as are account clients.
